Your roll will be self employed. You can pick and choose your jobs. You will need your own equipment, ( carpet cleaner provided)
Duties
- End of Tenancy Cleaner – Duties & Responsibilities
- Carrying out full end-of-tenancy and deep cleans of properties
- Thoroughly cleaning kitchens, including worktops, sinks, cupboards and drawers
- Deep cleaning ovens, hobs and extractor fans
- Cleaning fridges, freezers and other appliances where required
- Deep cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, baths, showers, tiles and removing limescale
- Vacuuming and mopping all floors
- Cleaning skirting boards, doors, door frames and handles
- Dusting and wiping down all surfaces
- Cleaning inside cupboards and drawers
- Cleaning internal windows, frames and window sills
- Cleaning radiators
- Cleaning light fittings, switches and sockets
- Removing cobwebs and cleaning hard-to-reach areas
- Spot cleaning walls where required
- Willing to learn how to professionally clean carpets using carpet-cleaning equipment
- No previous carpet-cleaning experience necessary – training can be provided
- Confident using cleaning equipment or willing to learn
- Ensuring properties are left to a high standard, ready for new tenants
- Checking your own work and going back over any areas that don’t meet the required standard
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Following cleaning checklists to ensure nothing is missed
- Reliable, punctual and able to manage time effectively
- Good attention to detail
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, buffers, or floor scrubbers safely
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during shifts
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning activities throughout the shift
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standard
Pay: £40.00-£180.00 per day
