Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable Production Operative / Driver to join our team. This is a hands-on role involving production line duties, warehouse work, and local driving. Ideal for someone with a good work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production line machinery
- Monitor production processes and conduct basic quality checks
- Prepare and pack goods for dispatch
- Store goods and materials correctly in the warehouse
- Load and unload deliveries
- Drive company vehicles for local deliveries and collections
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe
- Follow all relevant health and safety procedures
- Report any faults or issues to management
Requirements:
- Full clean driving licence (required)
- Forklift licence (preferred, not essential – training may be provided)
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is a bonus
