Summary
We are looking to recruit a Residential Security Officer for night shifts on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
This is a full-time permanent role, working 4 on, 4 off, for 6 months of the year you will be required to work a 12-hour shift (19:00 – 07:00) and the other 6 months you will be required to work a 13-hour shift (17:30 – 06:30).
Your main function is to ensure the safety and security of our clients’ property by carrying out all duties in line with the site assignment instructions. Typical duties will involve monitoring CCTV, external patrolling, dealing with deliveries and visitors, complete detailed daily reports and responding to security related incidents.
Applicants must have the highest standards in terms of appearance, communication, professionalism and be able to recognise and uphold matters which are strictly confidential.
Experience working on a residential premises is preferred but not essential. A minimum of two years security experience is required for this role.

- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail
- Must have good IT skills and confident in the use of Microsoft suite
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergencies
Pay Rate is £13.40 per hour.
