Registered Nurse
Duties:
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WORKING WITH STEP-DOWN/SHORT TERM ADMISSIONS
-Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures.
- Document patient information accurately and in compliance with medical records standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Adhere to patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with the coordination of resident appointments and referrals.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize resident needs.
- Attention to detail in medical documentation and record keeping.
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
You should have at least 3 or more years post registration experience, with some of this being in a care home setting.
