Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-time Chef to join our culinary team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a flair for food preparation and cooking to showcase their skills in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and contributing to an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and cook fresh, nutritious, and appetising meals for residents.
· Cater for special dietary requirements, allergies, and texture-modified diets.
· Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.
· Ensure compliance with Food Safety and HACCP procedures.
· Manage stock rotation and minimise food waste.
· Work closely with the care team to provide an excellent dining experience for residents.
Requirements
· Previous experience as a Chef, ideally within a care home, healthcare, or catering environment.
· Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above).
· Knowledge of special diets and nutritional needs of older people is desirable.
· Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
· A caring and positive attitude with a passion for quality food.

Pay: £13.50-£14.00 per hour
