Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to oversee the organisation, negotiation, and management of contractual agreements across various projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring HSE compliance, mitigating risks, and fostering strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including service agreements, procurement contracts, and partnership arrangements.
- Ensure all contractual documents comply with relevant legal requirements and organisational policies.
- project management to facilitate contract execution and amendments.
- Monitor contractual performance to ensure obligations are met and identify potential risks or issues early.
- Maintain an organised contract database and ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar contract administration role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
