Duties
- Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and custom nail art with precision and artistry
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to clients’ preferences and offering expert advice on nail care and design options
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards to ensure client safety and comfort
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored treatments that exceed expectations
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to bring fresh ideas to each appointment
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow
- Promote retail products related to nail care and beauty enhancements to enhance client experience
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a related beauty service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated newcomers
- Strong skills in makeup application are a plus, showcasing versatility in beauty services
- Excellent communication skills in English are essential for engaging with diverse clients effectively
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards within a salon or spa environment is highly valued
