Job Summary
Urban Care Community Limited is seeking an organised and proactive Property Administrator to support the Property Manager with the day-to-day administration of a growing residential property portfolio.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring properties remain compliant, tenants receive excellent service, and administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous property administration or lettings experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage rent administration using PayProp, including invoicing, rent monitoring and arrears follow-up.
- Respond to tenant enquiries by telephone and email.
- Coordinate contractor appointments with tenants and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor statutory compliance, including:
- Gas Safety Certificates
- EICRs
- EPCs
- Fire Safety
- Selective Licensing
- Maintain landlord insurance records and assist with insurance claims.
- Record utility meter readings and manage council tax and utility accounts.
- Update suppliers following tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Maintain property expenses, invoices and financial records.
- Prepare monthly reports on rental income, expenses and compliance.
- Update online property valuations and property records.
- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in property administration or residential lettings.
- Experience using PayProp or similar property management software is desirable.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
