Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support by managing correspondence, filing, and document organisation to keep practice operations running efficiently.
- Assist with secretarial work, for example patient referrals to secondary care.
- Support scheduling and calendar management for team meetings and appointments
- Handle phone inquiries with professional etiquette, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages when necessary
- Maintain records.
- Contribute to private reports by organising materials and preparing letters.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm to learn is essential.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with colleagues and patients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
