Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Lettings Consultant to join our vibrant property rental team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the leasing process by engaging with prospective tenants, managing property viewings, and ensuring a seamless rental experience. Your expertise will help maximize occupancy rates while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Prospecting future landlords to create opportunities
- Conducting valuation with a proven track record on winning business.
- Manage the end-to-end rental process, including application screening, referencing, and lease agreement preparation.
- Maintain organized records of all tenant interactions, applications, and contractual documentation.
- Communicate effectively with tenants, landlords, and internal teams to coordinate viewings, resolve inquiries, and facilitate smooth transactions.
- Assist in marketing available properties through various channels to attract qualified tenants quickly.
- Stay informed about local market trends and legal regulations related to lettings to ensure compliance and best practices.
- To process and market relets.
- To manage and lead social media and marketing campaigns including our charity work which is close to our heart.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property lettings or real estate sales with a strong track record of successful valuation conversion.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive outlook
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Demonstrated administrative experience in handling documentation, scheduling, and data management.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and team members through positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of local property laws and regulations is preferred but not essential; training will be provided if necessary.

Pay: £32,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
