What’s the role?
We’re on the hunt for experienced Supervisor to join our growing team. If you love running a tight ship, building great teams, and making customers happy with good food, you’ll fit right in.
As a Supervisor, you’re the heartbeat of the site. You’ll keep everything ticking, everyone smiling, and the standards sky-high. No two days are the same, but you’ll be across it all – from the big picture to the tiny details that make a difference.
What you’ll be getting stuck into:
- Running day to day operations like a pro – smooth, sharp, and always on point
- Delivering top-tier food and service, every single time
- Leading, motivating, and inspiring your team
- Keeping Health & Safety and food hygiene standards watertight
- Making sure the numbers make sense and the business performs
- Leading from the front – setting the tone and raising the bar
- Managing stock and keeping things running lean and efficient
