CB Pool Servicing Ltd is looking to recruit an experienced and hands-on Working Site Foreman to manage and deliver new build and refurbishment swimming pool projects.
Please only apply if you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience managing construction sites.
This is a working foreman role and you will be expected to be on the tools.
This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate to join a growing and well-established pool company.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and run swimming pool construction and refurbishment sites
- Carry out hands-on installation work as required
- Manage subcontractors and monitor site progress
- Read drawings and carry out accurate setting out
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
- Maintain site health and safety compliance
- Liaise with management and clients when required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing construction sites (essential)
- Strong construction background (pools or groundworks preferred)
- Proven ability to run sites independently
- Hands-on approach and willing to work on the tools daily
- Own tools essential
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS card preferred
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
