A leading law firm is looking to appoint a Serious Injury Lawyer to join its established claimant personal injury team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a specialist department handling complex and high-value injury claims while delivering outstanding support to clients throughout the litigation process.
The successful candidate will work on a diverse caseload of serious injury matters, including life-changing and catastrophic injury claims, alongside experienced legal professionals and external experts.
- Managing a caseload of serious injury claims from initial instruction through to conclusion.

Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients while maintaining exceptional levels of client care.

Drafting legal documents, witness statements, pleadings, and correspondence.

Liaising with barristers, medical experts, rehabilitation providers, and other third parties.

Conducting legal research and assisting in the development of case strategies.

Ensuring files are managed in line with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

Supporting the continued growth and success of the personal injury team.
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience handling serious injury or high-value personal injury matters.

Demonstrable experience managing complex claimant cases.

Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
