Role: Multi Skilled Engineer
Hours: 40 hrs/week
Location: Luton, LU2 7UX

Role Responsibilities:
- Complete all Reactive Fabric tasks & support with any other reactive tasks where required and complete PPMs for statutory, mandatory and routine PPM's on time.
- Support with attending to emergencies such as leaks, AHU fails needing resets, make safes of job and review faults from the BMS team where required
- Undertake reactive & PPM tasks, which will include fabric, plumbing, and visual checks of equipment
- Identification & reporting of any Fabric defects or faults, which will have a detrimental effect on the building environment & will require action by the maintenance team.
- Experience of maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment and including, boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables,
- Report all task updates back to helpdesk, supervisor and contract manager and support with other maintenance tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- Level 3 technical qualifications relevant to the trade and documentary evidence of partial vocational training (i.e. Partial Apprenticeship or NVQ 2 with an action plan for completion to NVQ Level 3). Evidence of Basic Adult skills qualification or documented action plan to achieve.
- Can demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems and the management of safe systems of work associated with the role and work environment
- PASMA trained & Technically astute.
