As Deputy Principal, you will support and collaborate with the Principal in leading and managing a team of staff ensuring full implementation of the Colleges’ performance management systems and you will also ensure the full engagement of learners in College enrichment and social action activities to provide opportunities for personal, spiritual, moral, social and cultural development to prepare them for progression into work or further/higher education.

Salary: £64,584 per annum
Contract: Permanent
