Incognito Cocktail Bars are looking for an assistant Bar Manager to join us and help lead the team at our Winchester venue.
Incognito is based in a stunning speakeasy setting, in Winchester. We have a focus on molecular mixology, attention to detail, the theatrics of the product and overall customer experience.
Our Winchester venue has been open since April 2018. Winner of 3 “Best Bar in Hampshire” awards and turning heads nationally, we are a truly unique and intriguing experience.
You will assist the Bar Manager with- full bar operation, managing stock, your bar team, and all aspects of service. You will create a positive culture for the bar, ensuring both staff and guests are happy and receiving the highest quality products.
The assistant Bar Manager must have a love of Mixology and their enthusiasm and experience will be naturally transferred across the team. We are not only searching for a Manager but also a role model that the team will be able to look to for inspiration and support.
The ideal candidate will have great people skills, natural charisma and personality. With a love for cocktails, people, hospitality and an eye for detail that is second to none. You must have management/supervisory experience within a fast paced, high volume service led venue.
