Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated part time Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team, this role will be based over 2 days a week including every Sunday, additional hours may be available, the job requires providing high-quality cleaning services across various settings including hotel rooms and front of house cleaning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, ensuring a hygienic environment, and delivering excellent customer service. The position is fully paid and suitable for individuals committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure continuous service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or contamination.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
