Duties

- Handle cash register operations, process payments accurately, and give correct change using basic math skills
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including tables, counters, and equipment, adhering to food safety standards
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service for all guests
- Support the team in setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and preparing service stations
- Follow all health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and best practices in food handling
- Strong serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service excellence is a plus
