Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Multi Skilled Builder to join our construction team. As a Multi Skilled Builder, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. Duties
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, cabinetry, door and window installation, and general woodwork.
- Conduct roofing work such as shingle replacement, waterproofing, and gutter installation.
- Carry out construction painting to prepare surfaces and apply finishes that enhance durability and appearance.
- Install and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings in accordance with safety standards.
- Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing to build durable structures.
- Utilize welding techniques for metal fabrication and structural repairs.
- Handle electrical experience for basic wiring, fixture installation, and troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks.
- Fabricate custom components or modifications on-site to meet project specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, plumbing, welding, or electrical work.
- Demonstrated ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Experience with fabrication processes relevant to construction projects.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project plans accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a flexible approach to handling diverse tasks.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when required.
