PART-TIME PERSONAL ASSISTANT (MALE) REQUIRED: Whittlesey PE7
Private employer looking to recruit an additional part-time MALE Personal Assistant as part of a small Care team, to support a gentleman living in Whittlesey
To assist and provide one to one personalised care and support for a disabled male
with MYELITIS, KYPHOSCOLIOSIS and RESPIRATORY FAILURE TYPE2 So as to maintain his quality of life and independence and mobility.
Duties include a range of personal care, meal preparation, shopping, swimming, gym, all ability cycling and physio exercises, and other daily mindfulness activities.
Applicants must be healthy and energetic.
Experience in food preparation and cooking an advantage, accessible vehicle available.
Hours of work: 10-20hours per week over 7 days morning some early evening And some weekend, in a team rota.
Working during Morning, or Afternoon, or early evening is in 3.5 hour scheduled time slots.
The successful candidates **MUST** be flexible and be willing to work a shift rota (app provided)
Must be DBS approved (Protection of Vulnerable Groups) (Essential)
Experience in direct care preferred
Clean driver’s licence and car owner preferred, 21 or over.
