Our management team brings over 70 years of combined experience in the contracting and domestic refurbishment sectors, providing the knowledge, skill, and reliability that our clients expect.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing day‑to‑day admin across our operational and commercial functions
- Updating and maintaining our job management system (Joblogic) with accurate job notes, documents, costs and status updates
- Supporting scheduling and coordinating engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Chasing and organising documentation (photos, reports, certificates, invoices)
- Handling customer and insurer communications professionally and promptly
- Supporting the management team with ad‑hoc admin tasks and reporting
What we’re looking for
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using digital systems and Microsoft packages (experience with Joblogic or similar is a bonus)
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced operational environment
- Clear communicator - written and verbal
- Someone who takes ownership, solves problems and keeps things moving
- A team player who’s happy to get stuck in and support wherever needed
