Responsibilities

- Maintain organized displays and stock levels to enhance the shopping experience
- Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while delivering prompt, friendly service
- Support B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts by establishing strong relationships with corporate clients
- Utilize IT tools to process transactions accurately, update customer records, and track sales performance
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey information and listen actively
- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales, with a focus on negotiation and relationship building
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to drive confidently, possessing or willing to obtain a valid driving license if required for the role
