The Governing Body is seeking to appoint a skilled, professional and friendly Finance and Office Manager to join our outstanding team to work 32.25 hours (32 Hours and 15 minutes) – term time only.

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who would like to join our dedicated and hardworking team.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:

Processing invoices using FMS
- Supporting budget monitoring and reporting
- Provide clerical and administration support to all staff and pupils
- Carry out reception duties including dealing with parents and answering the telephone.
- Use a wide range of IT software including SIMS, FMS, Parent Pay and Microsoft Excel.
- Manager your time well within a very busy office environment
- Work flexibly as part of a team.
The successful candidate must have:

Has experience of working in a finance or school administration role
- Has excellent numeracy and organizational skills
- Has knowledge of school finance systems such as SIMS and FMS (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- The ability to work under their own initiative
- A working knowledge of IT is essential, with experience of using Microsoft Office
- The ability to establish good relationships working with the wider school community.
