Electronic Security Service Engineer - ENTERPRISE LEVEL

Salary: Up to £45,000 basic (DOE)
About the Role
A well-established and growing electronic security company is looking to recruit an experienced Service Engineer to join its field-based engineering team. Covering London and the South East, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on a range of electronic security systems across commercial customer sites.

The Role
As a Service Engineer, you will carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive service calls, fault diagnosis and repairs across CCTV, intruder alarm and access control systems. You'll also support with small works and installations when required, complete service reports and work closely with the wider engineering team to ensure customers receive an excellent service. Participation in a call-out rota is required.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an engineer with proven experience servicing and maintaining electronic security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms and access control. Experience working with IP-based security systems and networks is highly desirable, along with strong fault-finding skills and a customer-focused approach. A full UK driving licence is essential, and relevant industry qualifications or manufacturer training would be advantageous.
