Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Labourer to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be actively involved in a variety of outdoor and construction-related tasks, contributing to landscape projects, maintenance, and site development. Duties
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, and weed control to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and material transportation to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Support with general maintenance of equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health standards
- Collaborate with team members on larger construction or landscaping projects to meet project deadlines effectively
Requirements
- Prior experience in construction, gardening, or horticulture is highly desirable but not mandatory—training will be provided for eager learners
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions. (It will mainly be strimming grass on solar farms)
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites and outdoor work environments
- A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills and a willingness to learn new skills
- CSCS or equivalent is essential
- You must be able to make your own way to & from site.
- Hours worked are usually 730-430. However if you are out working later you will be paid for that.
Pay: £120.00 per day
