Job Description
We are recruiting an Assistant Brewer to join our production team at the Dragon Brewery.
Key responsibilities are supporting the Head Brewer and other production team members to ensure production plans are completed efficiently to defined operational procedures and quality standards.
Maintenance of production records and compliance with quality systems and health and safety regulations.
Identifying and implementing continuous improvement and trouble shooting activity
Knowledge/Experience:
The ideal candidate will have :-
· 2-5 years experience working in a brewery production role.
· Proficiency in Brewery Quality Control and Microbiological procedures
· Have existing technical brewing qualifications (eg IBD General Certificate in Brewing) and be looking to working towards IBD Diploma Brewer Qualification
· HACCP and Food Safety Level 2
· Counterbalance Fork Truck Licence
