An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Early Years Worker position within our network of Children’s Centre and Family Hub Nurseries to be able to work across multi-disciplinary teams.
A level 3 qualification in Childcare is ESSENTIAL for the post.
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to work flexibly alongside the Senior Early Years Worker and Teacher to plan and implement activities to support children’s learning and development.
You will work closely with the Teacher and Senior Early Years Workers to deliver effective teaching and learning opportunities for children aged 2-5 years, taking into account children’s voices and interests to enhance their learning.
This role requires an understanding of children’s ages and stages of development. This will include being able to complete with quality assessments and observations of children in line with the EYFS.
You will need to have an understanding and awareness of safeguarding.
