Our client is looking for a tenacious and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join a small but busy contact centre in Bristol. The role is initially offered on a temporary basis, although there may be the opportunity to join the company on a permanent basis in the future.
You’ll be advising customers over email, webchat, and the telephone, so we’re looking for candidates who enjoy speaking to customers and helping people.
You’ll be handling new customer enquiries, booking appointments, and providing quotations. You’ll also handle queries from existing customers and resolving any scheduling issues if they need to rearrange appointments.
Ideal candidates will have superb communication skills, both written and verbal. You’ll also have proven experience in a customer facing role, either in an office-based position, or from a hospitality or retail background.
