Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified RGN or RMN with current NMC registration
- Proven experience managing a nursing or care home, ideally for older adults
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership or equivalent (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for delivering outstanding care and achieving high-quality CQC ratings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
