About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll play an important role in creating positive customer experiences while representing our clients and their brands.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and engaging with customers
- Representing client brands in a professional and enthusiastic manner
- Providing information about products, services and promotional campaigns
- Building positive customer relationships
- Supporting customer acquisition initiatives
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout every interaction
