Residence Manager (Build-To-Rent)

Salary: Up to £42,000 FTC (3 months initially) + Performance Bonus
Are you a Residence Manager or Community Manager looking for an immediate start? If so, we are supporting a client in the BTR sector to find a RM for a 3 month contract.
The role is to work closely with the General Manager and we are looking for experience around the following skill areas:
Leadership & Team Management
Driving Performance & Occupancy
Overseeing Day-To-Day Operations
Resident Experience & Community Building
Compliance, Risk & Standard
