Registered Home Care Manager
Location: Eaves Court, Buckinghamshire, Princes Risborough
Size: Independent Living Scheme (69 apartments)
Contract: 37.5 hours per week | Permanent
Salary: £39,500 - £43,000 per annum
We’re looking for a compassionate and inspiring Home Care Manager to lead our onsite home care services at Eaves Court, our 69 apartment Independent Living Scheme in Princes Risborough.
Eaves Court supports older people to live independently in their own apartments, with personalised care and support available from our dedicated on-site team. This is an opportunity to lead a service where customers are empowered to make choices about their lives, colleagues are supported to deliver outstanding care, and families can feel confident that their loved ones are receiving safe, compassionate and high quality support every day.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a caring, person centred home care service that helps customers live independently, safely and with dignity in their homes.
- Be a visible and supportive leader, inspiring, coaching and developing your team to ensure they feel valued, confident and empowered to deliver outstanding care every day.
- Lead the day-to-day running of the service, overseeing rotas, budgets, quality and performance to ensure excellent care and a sustainable service.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers, their families and healthcare professionals, taking time to understand what matters most to each person and advocating for their wellbeing.
- Oversee personalised care plans and risk assessments, ensuring care is responsive, compassionate and tailored as customers’ needs change.
- Take pride in creating a safe, high quality service as the CQC Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, safeguarding and continuous improvement.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary or community care.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and the Mental Capacity Act.
- A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience managing service performance, budgets and operational delivery.
- A positive, approachable leadership style built on integrity, professionalism and kindness.
Qualifications:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) or working towards achieving it.
