The Opportunity
- Specialist SEN School – B33 area
- Start date: September 2026 (new academic year)
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday
- Weekly pay: £500 – £530, term time only
- Opportunity to continue into the 2026/27 academic year

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop specialist skills in SEN education within a structured, nurturing, and well-supported school setting.
Your Role
- Support pupils with a range of complex Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Work on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to deliver tailored interventions
- Assist in implementing individual education and behaviour plans (IEPs/EHCPs)
- Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and SEN specialists
- Help create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
- Contribute to pupils’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development

- Educated to degree level (2:2 or above preferred)
- Passionate about working with children and young people with additional needs
