Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily antique retail operations and customer service activities
- Oversee product displays, stock organisation, pricing support, and inventory records
- Support buying, supplier coordination, and product sourcing activities
- Train and supervise retail staff to maintain service and sales standards
- Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and store presentation
- Coordinate online enquiries, product listings, and customer follow-ups
- Ensure store operations follow company policies, safety standards, and retail procedures
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in retail management, antiques, vintage products, collectables, home décor, or specialist retail
- Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is preferred
- Experience with stock control, product presentation, or customer sales is an advantage

Education

Pay: £36,000.00-£48,000.00 per year
