We are looking for a passionate and committed Youth Justice Support Worker to join our Youth Justice Partnership team.
You will work directly with children aged 10-18, helping them make positive changes and achieve better outcomes for themselves, their families and their communities.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will:

Manage a caseload of children and deliver tailored interventions

Build trusted relationships with children and their families

Work restoratively to help repair harm and support victims

Collaborate with a range of partner agencies

Use trauma-informed and Child First approaches in your practice
We are looking for someone with experience of working with children and families, strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping children thrive.
Knowledge of youth justice, safeguarding and restorative practice would be an advantage.
