Ocho, a private members club in Cheltenham, is looking for friendly, confident and reliable Bar Staff to join our team on a part-time, zero-hours basis.
We’re looking for people who enjoy providing great service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests. You’ll be joining a friendly team in a stylish private members club, where good hospitality and attention to detail really matter.
The role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving a range of drinks
- Providing friendly, attentive service to members and guests
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Keeping the bar clean, organised and well presented
- Helping with the set-up and close-down of the bar
- Supporting the wider team during busy evenings and events
About you
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
- Friendly, personable and confident with customers
- Reliable and happy working as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment
- Available for evening and weekend shifts
- Well presented with a positive, can-do attitude
Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred, although personality, reliability and a genuine enthusiasm for great service are just as important to us.
