About the role:
Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base, and have a new children's care package in Peacehaven.
This role is to support our brand new client, a wonderful 8 year old boy who has cerebral palsy in his family home and out in the community. Our client lives at home with his family; parents, sibling and 2 cats.
This is a fun rewarding role where you will take him out in the community and accompany on family days out.
Our client loves music and is a Swiftie! He also loves cooking and art activities.
