Warehouse Operative
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to work for a timber orangery manufacturing company in Little Horwood, near Milton Keynes.
The successful candidate will be carrying out refitting and glazing components for orangeries, conservatories, windows, doors, and roof lanterns to a high standard within a fast-moving joinery workshop.
We are a successful and ambitious business seeking a re-fitter to join our tight-knit team as part of our continued expansion. This role is an integral part of our operation and offers the opportunity to become part of a friendly and supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Refit components and ensure they are working correctly
- Install glazing units to windows and doors
- Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally
- Carry out quality control checks to ensure products leave without issue
- Work efficiently within a busy workshop environment
- Wrapping and loading the products on to the lorry to prepare for delivery the following day.
Requirements
- Experience working with timber windows and doors desirable, although full training will be given
- Ability to use hand and power tools confidently
- Good attention to detail and finishing standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
