Job Overview
As a Sales Assistant, you will help customers with photo printing, personalised gifts, passport photos, and other in-store services while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with photo printing and gifting services
- Operating printing and photo equipment
- Taking passport and ID photos
- Handling sales transactions and cash payments
- Keeping the store clean, organised, and well presented
- Supporting the team with daily store operations
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Friendly and confident communication
- Basic computer skills
- Retail or sales experience preferred
- Interest in photography or photo printing is a bonus
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
