We’re looking for reliable, hardworking people who thrive in a physical environment and can think clearly under pressure.

Whether you’re an experienced Slinger Signaller or looking to develop your career, attitude comes first.
Ideally you’ll have:
· CPCS A62 Crane supervisor or NPORS Crane Supervisor qualified.
· Qualified knowledge of lifting operations and safe systems of work.
· The ability to follow Lift Plans and RAMS.
· Excellent communication skills, including hand signals and radio communication.
· Responsible for carrying out effective Toolbox Talks and ensuring that all colleagues involved have a thorough understanding of the Lifting Operation being undertaken.
· Responsible for identifying potential hazards to any lifting operations and reporting these to the Appointed Person.
· Full driving license.
· Good awareness of LOLER and lifting accessories.
· Flexibility to travel and work away from home when required.
· Strong teamwork, attention to detail and a safety-first attitude.
Your role will include:
· Safely directing crane operations and communicating with crane operators.
· Selecting, inspecting and using lifting accessories correctly.
· Assessing loads, identifying centres of gravity and recognising potential hazards.
· Moving heavy machinery and equipment using specialist mechanical aids such as skates, hydraulic jacks, chain blocks and winches where required.
· Working to Lift Plans, RAMS and safe systems of work.
· Representing SYNERGY professionally on every site, every day.
