Duties
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, assemble, and install window components with accuracy and efficiency
- Measure and interpret specifications to ensure precise fabrication of window frames, sashes, and glass units
- Assemble window parts according to design specifications, maintaining quality standards throughout the process
- Operate warehouse equipment safely for material handling and storage of raw materials and finished products
- Conduct quality checks during production to identify defects or inconsistencies and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading completed windows onto delivery trucks or storage areas as needed
Experience
- Prior experience working with hand tools, power tools, or in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes enhances your ability to perform tasks efficiently
- Experience in window fabrication or related construction trades is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship are essential for success in this role
