We are looking someone who is passionate about traditional english and french cuisine and enthusiastic & professional in the kitchen.
We serve breakfast, lunch & dinner and also cater for private events.
The team here is dynamic and friendly, working together to create a welcoming & calm environment.
We are looking for:
- reliability, trustworthiness & punctuality
- interest in seasonal british produce and a love for cooking
- understanding of classical cooking techniques
- strong adherence to environmental health & health & safety procedures. Knowledge of SAFER FOOD BETTER BUSINESS would be useful.
- Flexibility & creativity
- Ability to work within a team and use initiative
