AG Hotels is looking for an experienced Host/Hostess-F&B for our Lakeland Hotel, Kendal someone who is passionate about customer service and has a positive and people - pleasing mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- To host breakfast/ dinner and evening socials, making sure guests are greeted with a warm smile
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of food and beverage menus, to be able to advise guests on selection and promote additional sales accordingly
- Set up of all front of house food areas prior to service periods, ensuring all areas are clean, presentable and accessible for the guests
- Serve food to the customers ensuring a fast and courteous guest service
- Ensuring all health and hygiene standards are followed
- Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
- Ensure any anticipated issues are communicated promptly to the Duty Manager/ Head Chef
- Collect feedback from the guests and ensure any requests/issues are managed accordingly
- Uphold company grooming standards and F&B service etiquette.

- Flexibility to work early morning and late evening shifts specially for weekends , and holidays.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
