Grassgo Ltd is a professional garden maintenance company based in Hillington, serving the Greater Glasgow area. We're committed to delivering exceptional results and take pride in every garden we care for. We're now looking for an experienced, dedicated gardener to join our growing team.
The Role
As part of a small, dynamic team, you'll be maintaining a range of gardens across the region. Your day-to-day tasks will include pruning hedges and shrubs, mowing, flowerbed upkeep (weeding and pruning), planting, and operating power tools to achieve excellent results.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years' proven gardening experience with a solid skill set in garden maintenance
- Familiarity with pruning, mowing, planting, weeding, and regular use of power tools
- Strong plant knowledge and an understanding of correct horticultural practices
- A good eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- A clean Full UK Manual Driving Licence — essential, please do not apply without one
- A strong team player with good communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Formal horticultural qualifications (e.g. RHS Level 2), PA1/PA6 spraying, or chainsaw certificates are a bonus but not required
