We are looking for a service advisor to join our busy team in Airdrie , to assist in the following
Taking service/ breakdown calls
Assisting organising engineers
Scheduling work for on-site & workshop based jobs
Looking up parts for jobs & allocating them
Keeping customers updated with progress
The Ideal candidate should have
Some mechanical experience & ideally experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skiils
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Salary based on experience & suitability
