Service for parcelforce Monday- Friday with 2 Saturdays off and 2 on, typical parcel volume varies on postcodes but expected to be doing 90-110 drops a days.
successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries. The position is paid and suitable for those who take pride in their punctuality and professionalism.
Duties
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
- Load and unload goods, sometimes requiring heavy lifting, with care to prevent damage or injury.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
Skills
- Experience as a delivery driver will be handy but full training will be provide.
- Full UK driver’s licence require.
- Prove your Right to work is a must
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary, demonstrating physical fitness.
