FOH & Bar Supervisor (25 Hours per Week)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated FOH & Bar Supervisor to join our busy and friendly pub team. This is a permanent, year-round position for someone who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys leading by example in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising shifts and supporting team members during service
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Providing efficient bar service and table service
- Cashing up and completing end-of-day procedures
- Carrying out line cleaning and maintaining bar standards
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day front-of-house operations
- Supporting management in maintaining high service standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar hospitality role
- Experience with:
- Cashing up and end-of-day procedures
- Line cleaning
- Waiting tables
- Bar service
- B&B experience is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident supervising colleagues and leading by example
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, flexible, and hardworking
- Available to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
