About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead an established children’s home in Preston. This is a leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a stable, structured environment and wants to elevate a home with strong existing practice.
You will oversee a committed team, established routines, and a therapeutic model already embedded within the service. Your role is to strengthen, refine, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead an established home with existing systems and staff
- Strengthen team performance, culture, and consistency
- Embed trauma‑informed, child‑centred practice
- Drive quality and governance toward Good and Outstanding outcomes
- Work closely with senior leaders on service development and long‑term improvement
- Ensure exceptional safeguarding and compliance standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Registered Manager, or
- Standout Deputy Manager ready for their first registration
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and Children’s Homes Regulations
- Confident decision‑maker with strong safeguarding practice
- A values‑driven leader who can inspire teams and elevate culture
