The Package
Basic Salary: £27,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 2 months)
Realistic Earnings (including commission): £40,000 - £45,000
Location: Leatherhead Land & New Homes
Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday, 08.30 – 17.30
Work Pattern: 2-week rota: Week 1: 4 days Mon – Friday (flexible) + Saturday (mobile at development open days & show home launches). Week 2: 5 days Mon - Friday.
Additional Requirements: Full UK driving and access to your own vehicle

So, what would I be doing?
As part of our New Homes team, you'll play a key role in connecting buyers with their dream homes. Using Arun Estates' extensive buyer database, you'll proactively contact potential purchasers and arrange viewings across our exciting portfolio of new homes developments.
No two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, responding to enquiries by phone and email and guiding customers through every stage of their new homes journey. Whether they're asking:
- "Can I book a viewing?"
- "Could someone help me arrange a mortgage?"
- "How do I get my current home on the market?"
You'll provide friendly, knowledgeable support and ensure every customer receives outstanding experience.
To help you become a true New Homes specialist, you'll have the opportunity to visit developments across our network, gaining first hand insight into each site, property, and its unique selling points. This knowledge will enable you to confidently match buyers with the perfect home and establish yourself as one of the company's go-to experts in new homes.
