Description
Canterbury Golf Club is looking for an assistant chef to join our increasingly busy, expanding and function centric golf club
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the head chef in ensuring smooth, efficient and effective kitchen operations
- Ensure safe and appropriate stock rotation
- Adhere to regulated food health and safety compliance
- Always deliver high standard food service
Requirements
- Level 2 food health and safety certification is highly essential.
- Creative thinking and able to run the kitchen in the absence of the head chef
- Own transport is essential
